Ragi / Green Sprouts Dosa




Ragi & Green Sprouts Dosa:

Dosa batter  :  2 cups

Ragi  flour  :  ¾ cup

Sprouted Whole Green Gram /  Mulai kattiya Payaru :  ¼ cup

Coriander leaves  :  ½  cup ( finely chopped )

Onion  :  ½ cup  ( finely chopped )

Salt to taste

Sugar ( powdered ) :  2 pinches.

Green chilly :  1

Ghee : 1 tsp

Water as per needed.

 

Grind sprouts and green chilly to a fine paste.

Fry onion in ghee till golden .

Mix all the ingredients together to form a thin dosa batter.

Keep it aside for half an hour.

Spread on hot dosa tawa to have a tasty and healthy dosa.

Serve hot with Sambar  /  Chutney  .

 

Note :  Green gram Sprouts :;   Soak  Whole Green Gram overnight . Next day drain water and keep it inside the hot pack for about 10 to 12 hrs….
