paneer cubes ( cottage cheese )
1 cup : capsicum

corn flour.

lemon juice

Dried fenugreek leaves ( kasuri methi)

seeds ( Omam )

1. Combine the paneer cubes with all the
ingredients with very less water and toss gently till the marinate coats the
paneer pieces evenly from all sides. Keep it aside for an hour.

2. Arrange the paneer pieces on the wire
rack in a pre-heated oven at 200°c and grill till the paneer is done (approx.
15 minutes).

3. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
