Oats N Dosa batter
Oats
( cereal ) : 1/2 cup Powder ( grind oats
into fine powder )
Dosa batter : 1 + 1/2 cups
Finely
chopped Shallots : 1/2 cup
Finely
Grated Carrot : 1/4 cup
Finely
chopped Coriander leaves : 1/4 cup
Salt
to taste
Finely
chopped Green chillies : 2
Tur
Dal Powder : 1 tsp ( grind Tur dal into fine powder )
Besan
: 1 tsp
Fenugreek
Powder : 2 pinch
Powdered
Sugar : 1/4 tsp
Mix everything nicely with required
water to get dosa batter consistency. Let it rest for half an hour.
Prepare
dosa in the usual way.
