Home made Rasam Powder




Rasam  Powder:

Shelf life :  45 days.

Recipe courtesy : Vignesh Kitchen

 Coriander seeds : 1 cup
Thur dal : 1 cup
Cumin seeds : 1 cup
Pepper : 1/2 cup
Dry red chilly : 1 cup tightly packed
Curry leaves : 1/4 cup 

  
 


       Dry fry all the ingredients  separately till it becomes hot. 


 

Grind all the ingredients together into fine powder.

Very flavorful Rasam powder is ready.
