Theen Mirchi Ke Aloo ... Microwave Recipe
Ingredients:
Potatoes Big size: 500gm
Lime juice: 3 tsp
Red chilli flakes : 1 tsp
Green chilli sliced : 5
Block pepper crushed : 1 tsp
Ginger: 1 tsp
Garlic : 2 tsp
Oil: 1 tsp
salt to taste.
Using knife, prick the potatoes all over. Microwave the potatoes on high power for 6 minutes. Turn once in between. Remove potatoes from microwave, cool and skin the potatoes and cut in to wedges.
In a microwave oven safe bowl add oil, potato wedges and remaining all
ingredients, stir and cook for 3 mts in high power.
Stir once in between. Arrange the
potato wedges in on lightly greased baking tray or crispy plate and set the
tray on high grill rack.
Preheat the oven for 200 degree C temperature in convection mode.
. Bake at 200 degree C
temperature for 15 to 20 mts .
Garnish with chopped coriander and
red chilli flakes.
Serve Hot.
