Masala Cone Papad




Masala Cone Papad.

 

 Can use any type of Papad.

 Cut the papad/Appalam into half.

 Brush oil on both sides of the Papad.

 On hot tawa, press Papad using kitchen towel on both sides...

 After toasting them.... immediately and quickly fold and bring both the ends of the Papad to make them into cone in shape.

 Store them in air tight container.

 For filling : Finely chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves with salt, chilly powder, little bit of chat Masala.

 Fill the Papad cones just before serving....

 You can fill any salads, Sundals or any fillings of your choice and enjoy the Masala Papad.

 ( folding Papad should be done immediately and quickly, when it is still hot, to avoid breaking it.)
