Kambu / Pearl Millet Pakoda




Kambu  pakoda  /  Pearl  Millet  Pakoda


 

Kambu  flour    --  ¾  cup

Gram  Flour --  1/3   cup

Rice Flour --  ¼  cup

Red chilli powder --  1 tsp

Onion --  2  Very thinly sliced

Coriander leaves --  2 tsp

Salt to taste

Ghee  -  melted --  1 tsp.

Mix  nicely all  the  above  and keep it aside for  15 mts. 

Water from onion is enough,… if needed,  add very less water to make a thick dough. 

Pinch some portion from the dough and deep fry till the pakoda is golden brown and crispy .
