Pumpkin Smoothie
Yellow Pumpkin puree ( cook & blend )
-- 1 cup
Coconut milk -- 2/3 cup
Almond butter -- 2 tbsp
Frozen banana – Half of banana
Dates syrup -- 1 tbsp
Spice powder -- 1
tsp
Blend everything together nicely …. Enjoy delicious healthy Smoothie.

tsp Cloves powder, ¼
