3 minutes MUG CAKE



MUG  CAKE



MUG  CAKE

 

All Purpose Flour :  3 tbsp

Melted Butter : 1 tbsp

Egg : Half of an egg

Granulated Sugar :  5 tsp 

Salt :  a pinch

Baking powder : 2 pinches

Milk : 1 tbsp

Coco powder :  5 tsp

Almond :  2 tsp ( crushed or slivers )

Grated chocolate : 2 tsp

Dessert chocolate toppings : 1 tsp
 
 

          Dry roast almond till it becomes crispy and keep it aside.

Mix  egg and sugar and beat for 1 minute.

Mix flour + salt + baking powder + coco powder + 1 tsp of almond  nicely.

Now mix egg mixture + flour mixture with grated chocolate , milk and butter and mix nicely without any lumps.

Pour the cake batter in a big Coffee Mug .

Microwave it for 3 mts.

Pour chocolate toppings .

Sprinkle 1 tsp of almond slivers or crushed almond on top and serve .
 
 

Very tasty , very quick and very easy to make Mug Cake is ready.

 

Variation :

·        If you like coffee flavor,  you can add ¼  tsp of  instant coffee powder along with the ingredients.

·       Can replace Almond with Walnut.
