Green gram /
Moong dal / Paasi Paruppu : 1 cup
Jaggery
Powder : 1 cup
Ghee : ¾ cup
Cardamom
Powder : ¼ tsp
Dry fry
green gram till it changes its colour little bit and nice aroma comes. Let it
come to room temperature.
Grind it to
a nice powder.
Mix it with
jaggery powder and cardamom powder.
Heat ghee to
a smoking point .
Immediately
, Mix with green gram powder mixture.
Immediately
start making balls by tbsp. of mixture and gently pressing and shaping them
into balls.
You could be
easily able to make balls.

· Use pure organic jaggery as we are
adding jaggery powder directly without filtering it for dust or sand.
