Cashew Pak
Powdered cashew - 1 cup
Chick pea flour / Besan - 1/3 cup
Melted Ghee - 1 cup
Sugar - 2 cups
Cardamom powder - ½ tsp
Saffron - ¼ tsp (warm & powder)
Mix cashew powder, chick pea flour & ghee without lumps.
Boil sugar with1 cup of water to one string consistency. If you press and pull a drop of syrup , you will get one string in-between your fingers.
Add the cashew mixture gradually & stir continuously till soft ball consistency is reached.
Add spices & remove from fire.
Stir till it forms a mass.
Empty on a melted ghee greased plate & cut into pieces .

· Cashews must be in room temperature before grinding
them
· Grind it in one go without much interval
· Don’t grind too much as oil will oozes out from
cashews , if it is grinded too much.
