Pomegranate Juice

The easiest way to remove seeds is …. cut it around the
diameter, split it into two and then pound the back with the back of a large
serving spoon.
Have the seeds as it is which is also rich in fiber or you can
pulse it in mixer and drink only the juice.
To make a healthy juice , here is the recipe.
Pomegranate seeds from 1 fruit.
Honey : 1 tbsp
Salt : A pinch
Ice Water : 1 tea cup
Few seeds for garnishing..
Pulse the seeds along with water in the juicer . Strain juice.
Mix with salt and honey
and garnish with few seeds and have a
healthy drink.
Optionally you can add Ice cubes.
