Blackberry / Naval Pazham Raitha





Blackberry Raitha

Blackberries are a good source of fiber and essential vitamins and minerals and have a number of potential health benefits .  One of the tasty fruits which even Diabetic patients can have is Black berry.  

Apart from having it as it is , we can  also enjoy using it in Raitha / Fruit Salad  .

Here is a very simple yet tasty recipe of Black berry raitha .



Ingredients : 

Black Berry / Naval Pazham / Black Jamun :  Hand full

Fresh Curd : 1 cup

Salt to taste

A pinch of Sugar powder.

Finely chopped green chilly : 1 ( or according to taste )

Finely chopped coriander leaves : 1 tsp



Chop Black berry and remove seeds.

Mix all the ingredients together nicely.

Serve with any Mix Rice Variety   .
