Papaya Smoothie
Papaya (
chopped ) : 1 cup
Carrot ( grated )
: 1 cup
Fresh Pumpkin
seeds : 2 tbsp
Honey : 2
tbsp
Water : 1 cup
Some papaya
pieces for garnishing.
Remove skin
and seeds from Papaya fruit. Chop into
big pieces.
Peel skin
from carrot and grate it.
Grind Papaya,
Carrot and pumpkin seeds nicely adding water in Juicer. Do not strain.
Add honey
and mix thoroughly.
Garnish with
some Papaya pieces.
This
Smoothie is filling and also a healthy option for breakfast .
Note
:
Replace
Pumpkin seeds with overnight soaked and peeled Almonds.
I have used Red carrot to gives rich colour. Can use Orange Carrot too.
