Carrot Soup.
1/4 kg - Red Carrot ( chopped )
2 tsp - White unsalted Butter
1 tsp - Ginger (chopped)
1/2 tsp - cumin seeds
1/2 tsp - Pepper
1/2 tsp - Sugar
1/2 - Red chilly
Salt to taste.
Put everything in 2 ltr pressure cooker....
Cook for a whistle in medium flame.
Open .... Blend nicely with 2 cups of water and
strain (optional).
Heat and Serve hot with coriander garnishing .
Note
:
Can add
tomato while cooking to get rich colour.
