Ingredients for Tarts:
 1 cup : 
All purpose flour
 1/2 cup : 
unsalted butter
 1/2 tbsp.: 
 Castor sugar
 1/4 tsp 
:   Baking powder
 A pinch of salt. 
 Ice cold water
 Sieve flour, baking powder, salt together. 
 Add sugar, butter and ice cold water.
 Knead a hard dough. 
 Refrigerate for 20 mins.
 Roll out the dough almost 1/4 inches thick. 
 Cut into small tarts with biscuit cutter.
 Press into small muffin cups. Prick them with
fork all over.
 Pre-heat oven @ 200 deg .
 Bake @ 200 deg for 10 mins at lower rack .... 
Remove tart
from muffin cups. 
 place tarts upside down on the rack and bake
for 5 more mts @ 200 deg c. 
 Once the shells are ready, set aside to cool
them.
Serve with Hot chocolate /  Condensed milk  /   Fresh cut fruits  /    Jam  /    Ice cream or any yummy goodies ....  
I have served with fresh yummy Strawberries .....
