Green Grape Juice


 
Crunchy, sweet and juicy green grapes are very good for health. Buy grapes when they are seasonal.   Have grapes in your daily diet .  It supplies essential vitamins and minerals that contribute to good health.  Green grapes are healthy choice and are low in calories, contain zero grams of fat and pack a nutritional punch.  
         Having home-made juice is good choice instead of store bought juice pack.  It’s a very simple recipe .
Green Grape Juice Recipe :
Grape fruits : 2 cups
Sugar : 2 tbsp
Water : 1 cup
Salt : 1 pinch
Ice Cubes while serving. ( optional )
         Blend everything nicely in a juicer .Increase or decrease the quantity of sugar or water according to your choice.  
Enjoy your refreshing tasty grape juice any time.
