Onion Garlic Spicy Chutney



Onion Garlic Spicy Chutney
Big Onion   :  1 cup ( chopped )
Garlic clove :  6 ( chop it )
Red chilly :  3
Tamarind :  2 tamarind seeds quantity
Rock Salt to taste
Til oil :  1 tbsp
Black gram : ½ tsp
Mustard : ½ tsp
Curry leaves : 5
In 2 tsp of oil fry broken red chilly and tamarind lightly.  When it starts changing its colour , remove from oil. 
Add chopped onions and garlic and saute it in low flame till it becomes translucent .
Grind all the above sautéed ingredients when it comes to room temperature along with rock salt nicely.
In a tsp of oil fry mustard , black gram and curry leaves and pour the tempering  over the chutney.


Have the spicy Onion Garlic Chutney with hot Idly or Dosa.
