Ammini Kozhukkattai ( No oil version )




Ammini  Kozhukkattai ( No Oil Version )

* Rice  dough :  1/2 cup

Red Chilly Powder :  1 tsp

Salt to taste

Hing Powder :  2 pinches

       Mix everything nicely .  Make them into small pebble size balls . 



Steam cook for 10 mts.   After steaming, kozhukkattai will glow as a sign of , it is well cooked .

Have tasty  Ammini Kozhukkattai . 



Though this version is without oil ... it taste great.

* For Rice dough refer Sweet kozhukkattai or  Ulutham Poornam Kozhukkattai ,  where it is used for outer covering.
