Tomato Soup




Tomato  Soup. 

Butter --  4 tsp

Beetroot --  1 tsp ( chopped )

Shallots / Small onion --  1

Garlic clove --  1

Bay leaf – 1

Tomatoes --  4 Big.  ( chopped )

Pepper powder – ½ tsp

Sugar --  ½ tsp

Salt to taste.

     In a pressure pan  , heat butter and fry onion, garlic and bay leaf .  When onion turns translucent , mix all the other ingredients and cook for a  whistle in medium flame.  

Remove bay leaf .

Blend to a smooth paste. 

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and  cream.
