Paruppu Podi




PARUPPU PODI

Tur dal – 1 cup ( 170 grams )

Red chilly – 2

Black pepper – 1 tsp

Salt – 1 ½ tsp

        Dry fry all the ingredients and finally add salt and grind into fine powder.

Have with hot Rice + Ghee  .

Best side dish for Paruppu podi rice is Poricha kootu.
