Nendram Banana Chips



Nendram  Banana  Chips.
Peel the banana skin.

Slice it nicely thin.  Soak slices in water with turmeric powder and salt for  10 mts.

Drain them.   Can use dry cloth to pat on slices to remove excess moisture. 

Heat oil … once its get hot … .  turn into low flame.

 add few slices of  banana in oil and fry in low fire… till it becomes crispy.

It will not be crispy , if it is not fried properly.
Store In air tight container.
