Crispy Onion Pakoda

Big Onion –2
Besan --  ½ cup
Rice flour --  ½ cup
Green chillies – finely chopped 1 or 2
Coriander leaves --- 2 tbsp , chopped
Curry leaves – 1 tbsp,  chopped
Crushed dhaniya seeds --  ½ tbsp.
Red Chilli powder --  1 tsp
Hot oil --   2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder … a pinch.
Cashew chopped …  4




Finely slice onions as much as possible.  Mix with green chillies, coriander leaves, curry leaves ….  Slightly squeeze and Mix the above mixture and keep it aside for 15 mts…..


Add all the other ingredients ( no need to add water … water from onion is enough ) .

Pinch out some portion and drop them carefully in hot oil.   Deep fry them nicely in medium flame.
