Gravy Base / Paste


     Indian cuisines  mainly based on Paste or Curry base .   These Base can be prepared well in advance and stored in freezer .  …so that when ever needed , it is readily available.  Cooking can be done very easily and also its time saving.

    South Indian recipes largely depend upon Tamarind paste,  Coconut Powder / Paste.

    North Indian recipes largely depend upon Onion Tomato base .   Using different proportion of onion and tomato with added greens and masalas, we can make many variety of pastes .


Paneer is widely used in many sweet and spicy dishes....
