  Bread Halwa

 Recipe courtesy :  Rama Krishnan ( Food scientist)  

 1C  --  sugar,

 1C --  water,

 1 bit --   cinnamon,

 5  --  crushed cardamom,

5 tsp --   ghee,

 5 or 6 Slices  --   Rusk ( Britannia Toast) .

Add a dash of rose water for flavor

Mix all the ingredients and   cook for a whistle,  in 2 ltr cooker in medium flame. .
 
Garnish with nuts .

Yummy  Bread halwa is ready to serve.
