Raw Banana Kalyana Curry

SERVES   4.


Raw Banana : 4 ( chopped )


Salt to taste


Turmeric powder : 2 pinches

Curry leaves : few

Coconut Oil :  4 tsp

Mustard : ½ tsp

             Boil chopped banana with sufficient water adding tamarind and turmeric powder.

Drain the water .

Heat oil and add mustard seeds.  When it stops spluttering add curry leaves and give a stir . 

Add boiled banana, sambar powder , salt and mix nicely.

Cook in low flame for 10 to 15  mts , stirring now and then.



Serve  Banana Kalyana Curry with Rice and  Sambar  /  Rasam.
