Mango Kesari




Mango  Kesari

 

Sugar : 1 cup  ( powder it )

Ghee : ½ cup

Water : 2 cup

Alphonso Mango pulp : ½ cup

Cardamom powder : ¼ tsp

Ghee roasted rawa : ½ cup

Food colour of your choice : 1 pinch ( optional )

         Mix water, sugar, ghee and mango pulp and cook till it becomes sticky syrup.

Add cardamom, colour and rawa and cook till it becomes thick and leaves the sides of the vessel.
