Veg Hakka Noodles




Veg Hakka noodles:

 200 gms – Noodles

 1 cup -- spring onions

 1 --  capsicum sliced in thin pieces

 1 cup  --  carrot sliced

1 -- green chillies,  slit

 1 cup  -- beans,  slit into thin slices

 1 tsp --   ginger garlic paste

 1 tsp  --  red chilli sauce

1 tsp --  green chilli sauce

 2 tsp --   soya sauce
 
 

 Instruction: Boil water in a large pot and  add noodle and cook them partially ( 3/4th)

 Spread them on a plate to cool

 Half boil all veg except capsicum

 In a pan heat 4 spn of oil and add ginger garlic paste. Add green chillies, onions ... fry till onions turn golden brown.

Add all half boiled veg and capsicum, garam masala and fry them for 2-3 mts.

Add Noodles, salt, green and  red chilli sauce, soya sauce and toss for 3 mts.

Garnish with coriander leaves ( optional )
